Beat Auburn Beat Hunger Food Drive at UA to Include Hunger Banquet

The University of Alabama Community Service Center and Bama Dining are sponsoring a Hunger Banquet on Monday, Nov. 1, at 6:30 p.m. in Burke Dining Hall as part of the annual Beat Auburn Beat Hunger food drive competition.

Malone-Hood Plaza, Autherine Lucy Clock Tower at UA’s Foster Auditorium to be Dedicated Nov. 3

The University of Alabama will pay tribute to Autherine Lucy Foster, James Hood and the late Vivian Malone Jones, the three African-American students whose enrollment represented UA’s first steps toward desegregation, at the dedication of the Malone-Hood Plaza and Autherine Lucy Clock Tower at historic Foster Auditorium on Nov. 3.
