UA’s Panhellenic Association Hosts 2015 Easter Egg Hunt

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The Alabama Panhellenic Association will host its annual Easter egg hunt for the Tuscaloosa community on the front lawn of the President’s Mansion Sunday, March 29.

The event is organized for children 12 and younger and is free to the public. The hunt will begin at 2 p.m. and last until 4 p.m. or until the last egg is found.

“We organize this annually in order to build relationships with the families in the Tuscaloosa community,” said Lindsay Rieland, director of community development and outreach.

The event will include refreshments by Bama Dining and candy-filled eggs. Sorority women organized through the APA Junior Panhellenic Delegate program will provide the eggs. The event will feature a face-painting station as well as an Easter bunny in costume.

Parking is available behind Sorority Row, and the hunt will be canceled in the case of inclement weather. Please do not park in the lot behind the President’s Mansion. For more information, go to  www.uapanhellenic.com.
