A campus ideas session 16 months ago among a group of strongly motivated students has produced two opportunities for the people of Alabama to weigh candidates for governor during the 2010 election.
The University of Alabama’s School of Music begins its 2010-2011 Celebrity Series Sept. 23 with a return performance by two renowned soloists of the Russian National Orchestra at 7:30 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Moody Music Building on the UA campus.

A special showcase will take place at The University of Alabama on Wednesday, Sept. 15, featuring the culture of India. The two scheduled events, a yoga workshop and a dance performance, are free and open to the UA and Tuscaloosa communities.
