The University of Alabama will hold its fall commencement exercises Saturday, Dec. 14, at Coleman Coliseum on the UA campus.
The Tuscaloosa Bicentennial Commission’s time capsule committee has met periodically to discuss themes and items that truly represent Tuscaloosa in 2019 to place in a time capsule that will be sealed for 50 years.
The yearlong celebration of Tuscaloosa’s bicentennial will culminate with the unveiling of three landmarks celebrating the city’s past, present and future on Tuscaloosa’s 200th birthday.
UA student fashion designs will hit the runway for the 10th annual Fashion for Life Nov. 24 at 5 p.m. in UA’s Ferguson Center Ballroom.
Almost 80 students and support personnel from UA’s Campus Veterans Association and Auburn’s Student Veterans Association will participate in Operation Iron Ruck, Nov. 27 – Nov. 30.
