UA, ADMH to Host Statewide Events on Substance Misuse Stigma

The University of Alabama and the Alabama Department of Mental Health will host a series of professional development conferences across the state in January for those interested in understanding the stigma of individuals with substance and opioid use disorders.

UA Beats Auburn, Breaks Record in Food and Fund Drive

UA students raised almost 566,000 pounds of food to beat Auburn in this year’s Beat Auburn Beat Hunger. Together the two schools raised over 1 million pounds, which helps families with food insecurity across the state.
