TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama Afro-American Gospel Choir will celebrate its 34th anniversary April 18-24.
An anniversary concert will be held Sunday, April 24, at 5 p.m. in the Ferguson Center Ballroom featuring the Afro-American Gospel Choir and other performers.
The anniversary celebration will include a revival on Monday and Tuesday, April 18-19, at the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Alberta City. The guest evangelist will be Rev. Anthony Ferebee of the Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Chatom, Va.
Bible Study will be held Wednesday-Friday, April 20-22, at the Baptist Campus Ministry building on University Boulevard. Pastor Lamont Brown of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Virginia Beach, Va., will be the guest leader.
