Every UA faculty and staff member will soon have an opportunity to participate in a campuswide survey about their campus workplace experience. The CHIME IN survey begins shortly after spring break.
The survey, which supports the University’s strategic goal for work-life balance, will be coordinated by ModernThink, a third-party, off-campus vendor, and all responses will be kept confidential by ModernThink.
The first CHIME IN workplace experience survey launched in 2018, and you may have taken part in some of the work-life balance initiatives resulting from those survey responses. The 2022 CHIME IN survey will be conducted March 23-April 5 and is a continuation of the initial effort to measure change and assess engagement over these last several years.
After ModernThink has aggregated and compiled the responses from this year’s survey, information about the results will be shared with the campus community.
