TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama will present Tee Time, an annual fashion show, at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, on the lawn outside Doster Hall on the UA campus.
Entry fee is $5, and organizers will award door prizes. Students majoring in fashion design in the department of clothing, textiles and interior design create garments out of repurposed materials. They can use any material, including old T-shirts, coffee filters, newspapers or bottlecaps — they are limited only by their own imagination.
The event is part of UA’s College of Human Environmental Sciences.
