Electronic Crash Data from UA Gives New Insights into Holiday Driving Dangers

A recent University of Alabama-study used data from the recently-developed electronic crash reporting system to obtain new insights into the dangers of holiday driving.

Quality Conference Relocates to Gulf Coast for 2010

The 23rd annual Alabama Quality Award conference and ceremony will be held Dec. 1-3 at the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach. The conference, typically held in Tuscaloosa, was moved by its organizers following the April 20 oil spill as a way to help the hard-hit Gulf Coast economy.
