State’s October Home Sales Up 2.63 Percent from September, According to UA Center

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The latest look at the housing situation in Alabama is now available on the Web.

The Alabama Housing Report, which tracks total home sales on a monthly basis, shows Alabama home sales for October ’09 up 2.63 percent from September and up 12.40 percent from October ’08.
