UA Criminal Justice Department to Host Career Fair

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama department of criminal justice will host a career fair on Tuesday, April 10 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. in Ferguson Center rooms 300-302.

The event is being co-sponsored by Alpha Phi Sigma Criminal Justice Honor Society and the Criminal Justice Student Association.

Representatives from the following agencies have been invited: Homeland Security/TSA, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Secret Service, FBI, Tuscaloosa Police Department, Alabama Forensics, Alabama State Troopers, Tuscaloosa County Sheriff, Alabama Pardons and Paroles, DEA, UA Police Department, Alabama Department of Corrections, Wackenhut Private Security, Jefferson County Personnel Board, ATF, Alabama Youth Services, U.S. Border Patrol, State Farm Fraud Division, Glenwood Inc., U.S. Postal Inspector, ICE, Criminal Investigative, Units of Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Northport Police Department, Hoover Police Department, and the UA Graduate School.

Students from all majors are invited to attend. A student sign-in sheet will be made available to all instructors offering incentives for attendance.
