UA Art Department to Hold Preview Screening of Emmy-Nominated Series Art:21

The University of Alabama department of art and the UA Art Students League will present a screening of the third season of the acclaimed PBS series “Art:21 — Art in the Twenty-First Century” Friday, Sept. 9, at 6 p.m. in the Art Students League Gallery, 109 Woods Hall.

The University of Alabama will commemorate the nation’s first Constitution Day with a forum on two topics of intense national interest – the use of marijuana for medical purposes and a recent Supreme Court decision allowing seizure of private property in Connecticut.
