Dr. Steven Bunker, an associate professor in the department of history, is a cultural historian and an expert in consumer culture. He specializes in Latin American history, but also has a background in European and Asian history. He brings a strong transnational and comparative dimension to his research and teaching. Dr. Bunker is an avid consumer of current events especially on politics, business, culture, and immigration.
