Armen Amirkhanian

Dr. Armen Amirkhanian is an assistant professor in the department of civil, construction and environmental engineering. For more than a decade, he has performed numerous applied research projects on civil engineering materials. He is actively involved in the American Concrete Institute as a voting member of several committees.

Amirkhanian has been principle investigator or co-principal investigator on research projects for the Alabama, South Carolina, Maryland and Oregon departments of transportation as well as federal and private agencies. He is a registered engineer in three states.
