All remaining classes at UA for the spring 2020 semester will be taught remotely. There will be no further person-to-person or on-site instruction.
UA will continue to operate under limited business operations, which includes essential staffing and remote work assignments, for an additional week, beginning Monday, March 23, through Sunday, March 29.
After Friday, March 13, UA will extend spring break for students through Sunday, March 29, to allow additional time for instructors to transition to alternative teaching resources. Remote instruction will resume Monday, March 30.
Bama Blitz, an annual online fundraising event, will begin at noon March 25 and end at 8:31 p.m. March 26, lasting one day, eight hours and 31 minutes in honor of the University’s founding year.
