TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – A total of 7,006 students enrolled during the 2011 spring semester at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean’s List with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the President’s List with an academic record of 4.0 (all As). The UA Dean’s and President’s List recognizes full-time undergraduate students.
A team of 15 University of Alabama students won an Award of Excellence at the 2011 Silver Anvil Awards as one of the top three campaigns nationally for their subcategory.
The world’s largest student film festival has invited several students from The University of Alabama to showcase their award-winning films and compete against other universities during the 2011 International Grand Finale June 23-26 in Hollywood.
