‘Lagniappe Social’ at UA Nov. 21 for Students Affected By Hurricane

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – To recognize students affected by Hurricane Katrina, The University of Alabama will host “Lagniappe Social: A Little Something Extra” on Monday, Nov. 21, from 3:30-5 p.m. at the press box of Bryant-Denny Stadium.

This New Orleans-inspired event will feature food and fun. Gumbo, shrimp and jambalaya will be served to students who transferred here because of Hurricane Katrina and UA students who come from the areas affected by the hurricane.
