TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama Supply Store will hold a Graduation Celebration on Wednesday and Thursday, March 23-24, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. in the Ferguson Center Plaza and Friday, March 25, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Ferguson Center Supe Store lobby. The event is designed to be a one-stop shopping and preparation site for May graduates.
Graduating students may visit a number of vendors during the Graduation Celebration and place orders for class rings, graduation announcements, caps and gowns, diploma frames and hoods for master’s and doctoral students. A representative from Stacy Jones Photography will be on hand to take cap and gown graduation portraits and will offer packages for purchase.
Representatives from various campus offices, including Student Financial Aid, the Corolla and the Career Center, will be at the event to provide assistance to future graduates.
The event is also sponsored by Balfour, the University’s official class ring manufacturer. Representatives from Balfour will be in the Ferguson Center SUPe Store lobby on Friday, March 25, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. to allow students to order class rings.
Refreshments and lunch at noon will be served at the celebration and a number of door prizes will be awarded. No purchase is necessary to register for the prizes.
