Hispanic Heritage Month is Sept. 15-Oct. 15, and the campus community was invited to celebrate the kickoff at ¡La Gozadera! on the Student Center Lawn last week.
Organized by the Hispanic-Latino Association in partnership with University Programs, Sigma Alpha Mu and the Intercultural Diversity Center, the event celebrated Hispanic-Latino culture through activities, food and music. Attendees had the opportunity to learn more about the Hispanic-Latino Association and more.
