Be on the lookout this fall for The COACH Bus, a food truck operated by Bama Dining. This double-decker bus will serve up traditional favorites easily taken on-the-go like grilled cheese, smashburgers and fish and chips.
New Vegetarian Friendly VIP Options
Bama Dining worked with student Swastee Regmi to introduce vegetarian-friendly VIP meal options at retail dining locations like Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane’s.
Collaboration with the Common Market
This summer, Bama Dining committed to working with The Common Market to support local farmers and growers in the Southeast. All rice, sweet potatoes, collard greens, frozen blueberries and some apples will be supplied to the dining halls from local growers in Alabama, Georgia and Arkansas. These ingredients can be found in the dining hall marked with new “Locally Grown” identifiers.
