TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Due to forecasted wintry weather, The University of Alabama will suspend normal operations from 9 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, through 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10.
All classes, including those conducted online or remotely, and events are canceled. Libraries, recreation centers and other campus offices and facilities will close. Check the Bama Dining website for operating hours and locations. The gymnastics meet Friday evening in Coleman is planned to continue as scheduled. Check rolltide.com for the latest information.
Essential employees are encouraged to check with their supervisors regarding work schedules during the suspension of normal operations.
