The Leadership U class of 2022-2023 includes ten University of Alabama staff from a variety of divisions, colleges and schools.
The program is part of the Office for Academic Affairs and enables UA employees who are already in leadership roles to prepare for greater responsibilities.
Participants attend workshops to assess their personal strengths and develop their leadership skills. They also meet with UA leaders throughout the academic year to learn more about UA, its goals and mission, as well as the leadership styles of the University’s top administrators.
Nominations are collected annually in April, and the program runs from August to May.
