Two ways to help reduce the spread of COVID-19: use UA Healthcheck and download the GuideSafe Exposure Notification App.
UA Healthcheck, which can be accessed through a browser or the GuideSafe app, is an assessment tool that allows users to report possible COVID-19 symptoms of COVID-19 and exposure. The assessment takes only about 30 seconds to fill out, and should be completed by all faculty, staff and students working truthfully and daily. Watch a video about the UA Healthcheck assessment tool.
The GuideSafe Exposure Notification App will anonymously notify users if they have been in potential close contact with someone who later reports a positive COVID-19 test result — without sharing the identify of either person. Download the COVID-19 Exposure Notification App for free to an iPhone or Android device. Use of the Exposure Notification App is voluntary, but strongly suggested and encouraged.
When is the next test of the UA Alert System?
Weather permitting, the University will test its emergency notification systems, including UA Alerts, the public address system and digital signage Wednesday, Sept. 2, at 11:55 a.m.
