Sorority Trick or Treat

Sorority Row (Magnolia, Colonial and Judy Bonner drives)
For families with children 12 years old and under
Costumes are encouraged but no masks, please.
The Alabama Panhellenic Association hosts this annual event. To make the evening as safe and welcoming as possible, Sorority Row will be foot traffic only.
Haunting at the Museum

Join the Alabama Museum of Natural History and the Gorgas House Museum for the annual Haunting at the Museum. Come and discover the spooky side of UA with haunted historical tours of campus, scavenger hunts, visits from historical figures, mad scientist science experiments, insect displays, ghosts, ghouls and much more. This Halloween-themed educational celebration centers on native Alabama species. Multiple activities will give children and their families the opportunity to learn about the “spooky” side of Alabama biodiversity. Activities include Hidden Monsters: Microscopic Species of Alabama; Invasive Plant Species Scavenger Hunt; Trick-or-Treat Trails and much more.
Halloween Extravaganza

This event, sponsored by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, is a perennial favorite for the Tuscaloosa community. Bring your child for an evening of fun and games with UA’s student-athletes. While the Halloween Extravaganza is free, non-perishable food donations for Beat Auburn Beat Hunger are welcome.
Pumpkin-Carving Contest
Show off your artistic skills by entering UA’s pumpkin-carving contest. The winner receives a prize pack from the University Supply Store. Send a picture of your pumpkin to social@ua.edu by midnight, Oct. 30.
