The University of Alabama announced today a $3 million gift commitment from Michael and Kathy Mouron, of Mountain Brook, to help fund a $10 million facility for adapted student-athletes.

Each day from Monday, Feb. 29, to Friday, March 4, a different artist who specializes in a particular medium will create a new piece while musician and composer Dr. Andrew Raffo Dewar simultaneously creates new saxophone and electronic music. The work of each of the six Alabama-based artists will inspire the sound that Dewar creates, and in turn their work will be inspired by his music.
