ANNOUNCEMENTS
Weather permitting, the University will test UA Alerts, the emergency public address system and digital signage at 11:55 a.m. the first Wednesday of each month. The test will last approximately 30 seconds and should not be disruptive. Immediately following at noon, the Tuscaloosa Emergency Management Agency will test the outdoor tornado sirens, weather permitting.
Students should update their contact information on myBama to ensure they receive the UA Alerts messages. Students who currently receive the alerts but would prefer to be contacted differently will need to revise their contact information
The Blackboard system will be unavailable from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. on Friday, March 6, due to required maintenance. Contact the Faculty Resource Center at frc@ua.edu or 348-3532 for more information.
Bama Dining is conducting an online survey regarding Bama Dining’s retail dining program. The survey is part of a larger study the University is conducting with Aramark, UA’s dining services partner. For the purposes of this survey, “retail dining” refers to Bama Dining locations that accept only Dining Dollars, cash, or credit, and not locations that accept meal swipes for unlimited meals.
