Dr. Debra Nelson-Gardell, associate professor in The University of Alabama School of Social Work, will serve as a visiting scholar at the University of Brasilia, beginning May 1.

Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society at UA Inducts Members
Some 750 University of Alabama students recently accepted membership and were initiated into Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society for first-year students. The UA chapter also presented 25 scholarships to new members at the initiation ceremony.
