Panhellenic Association Announces 2012 UA Executive Council

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama Panhellenic Association has announced the students chosen to serve on the 2012 Alabama Panhellenic Association’s Executive Council.

The following UA students have been selected:

President – Olivia Hunnicutt, a junior from Birmingham majoring in Spanish.

Vice President of Administration – Brandi Morrison, a sophomore from Tuscaloosa majoring in accounting.

Director of Recruitment – Caroline Campbell, a junior from Tallahassee, Fla., majoring in interior design.

Assistant Director of Recruitment – Sarah Elizabeth Heggem, a sophomore from Tuscaloosa majoring in general business/biology.

Director of Judicial Affairs – Hallie Majure Phillips, a junior from Meridian, Miss., majoring in international studies/finance.

Assistant Director of Judicial Affairs – C.J. Watson, a sophomore from Birmingham majoring in human development.

Director of Educational Programming – Maggie Gray, a junior from Decatur majoring in biology.

Director of Public Relations – Olivia Hanceri, a junior from Mobile majoring in public relations/political science.

Secretary/Treasurer – Katie Jackson, a sophomore from Selma majoring in international studies/political science.

Director of Rho Chis – Stephanie Cole, a junior from Columbia, S.C., majoring in pre-physical therapy.

This year, the positions of Director of Education and Director of Programming have been combined to create the position of Director of Educational Programming. The Panhellenic delegates passed this motion at the Oct. 24 delegate meeting.

A committee consisting of 2011 Panhellenic Executive Council members, Greek advisers, Greek Affairs staff members, a Panhellenic delegate and a Panhellenic sorority president made selections for the 2012 Panhellenic Executive Council through an application and interview process.
