HOMECOMING

Homecoming continues through Oct. 8 with the theme of “The Tradition Rolls On.” The highlight of the week will be the UA football game against Vanderbilt, which kicks off at 6 p.m. on Oct. 8 and will be televised on ESPNU. The Homecoming Step Show sponsored by the National Pan-Hellenic Council will be held in Foster Auditorium Friday, Oct. 7. Tickets can be purchased at the door beginning at 6:30 p.m. Student tickets are $15 with identification. Doors open at 7 p.m., and the show starts at 8 p.m. Parking will be limited. Shuttle service will be provided to Foster Auditorium from the soccer-field-parking lot on Fourth Street. More information: Jamaury Ellis at jhellis@crimso.ua.edu.

The University Supply Store will have special hours for homecoming. On Oct. 7, the SUPe Store tent on the Quad will be open 5-9 pm. On Oct. 8, the Ferguson Center location will be open 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m., the Quad tent will be open 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and the Bryant Museum store will be open 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
