TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – University of Alabama Junior Panhellenic delegates will host the annual Sorority Row Trick-or-Treat Monday, Oct. 24, from 6-8 p.m.
Children from the Tuscaloosa area (age 12 and under) are invited to dress up in Halloween costumes and visit the lawns of the campus sorority houses on Magnolia and Colonial Drives for candy and treats.
“We are really looking forward to hosting the event again this year; it is a great opportunity for the Greek system at UA to show gratitude for the support the Tuscaloosa community gives us,” said Megan Hayes, director of programming for the Alabama Panhellenic Association.
UA sorority members will provide candy and games to area children, and the UA students will also wear Halloween costumes.
“We will be offering a great trick-or-treat! It will be fun to dress up and host a festive event for children in the Tuscaloosa community,” said Emily Huffman, Junior Panhellenic delegate.
Junior Panhellenic is a philanthropic program of freshman delegates serving as understudies to the Alabama Panhellenic Association delegates and executive board members.
