TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – A luncheon honoring The University of Alabama’s 2010-2011 Coca-Cola First Generation Scholars is scheduled for Tuesday, April 5, in Smith Hall on the UA campus.
Coca-Cola executives will be on hand to meet and honor the 12 freshman recipients of the Coca-Cola First Generation Scholarships.
The Coca-Cola Foundation has generously renewed a four-year commitment to UA’s Coca-Cola First Generation Scholars Program. The scholarships are awarded to deserving Alabama students who are the first in their families to attend college. Each student will receive a $5,000 scholarship each year for four years.
