UA to induct communication leaders into hall of fame

Alabama economy should recover soon

A study from the University of Alabama says the state’s economy should begin to recover in the fourth quarter. The Alabama Business Confidence index, which predicts the upcoming quarter, rose to 51.8. That’s the first time it has moved above 50 in two years.

Terry Saban to co-host coverage of homecoming parade
WVUA (Tuscaloosa) – Oct. 7
Terry Saban will join us as co-host of our live parade broadcast next Saturday!  The first lady of Alabama football will be helping anchor our parade coverage on Oct. 17. Mrs. Saban says she’s excited to try her hand at “live” TV and WVUA is glad to bring her into your living room on a big day for the Bama Nation.

Tuscaloosa Children’s Theatre falls down rabbit hole
