As they chase the “America’s Cup of Civil Engineering,” hundreds of civil engineering students will trek to The University of Alabama June 11-13 for the American Society of Civil Engineers’ National Concrete Canoe Competition.
The University of Alabama’s Moundville Archaeological Park offers theme-oriented demonstrations and lectures along with hands-on activities for kids from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. each Saturday in June.
SummerTide Theatre, the professional summer theatre of The University of Alabama, returns for the sixth year to the George C. Meyer Theatre Arts Center in Gulf Shores, Ala. The company will perform the musical “Godspell” from June 5 to July 3.
