TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama Graduate School has been awarded the prestigious Council of Graduate Schools/Peterson’s 2008 Award for Innovation in Promoting an Inclusive Graduate Community. UA’s Black Faculty Association Hosts ‘Evening Conversation’ with Paul R. Jones Feb. 26

The University of Alabama’s Black Faculty and Staff Association will host an “Evening Conversation with Paul R. Jones,” from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 26 in Gorgas Library, room 205, on the UA campus as part of its BFSA Presents lecture series.

Violin, Clarinet, Piano Trio Grace Stage for Celebrity Series

The melodic morphing of a violin, clarinet and piano trio will fill the concert hall of The University of Alabama’s Moody Music Building starting at 2 p.m. Feb. 22 as the Verdehr Trio performs the next concert of the 2008-2009 Celebrity Series.
