UA’s Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and Chi Omega Sorority Host Cook Out for Make-A-Wish

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Phi Delta Theta fraternity and Chi Omega sorority at The University of Alabama will host a cook out benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation March 6 beginning at 5 p.m. at the Phi Delta Theta house.

The Make-A-Wish foundation is a charitable organization that offers children with terminal illnesses a chance to experience something they have always wanted to do. Each wish is paid for by donations.

This is the first time the two organizations have hosted this event benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Tickets can be purchased in advance from members of Phi Delta Theta and Chi Omega for $5 or purchased at the event. The meal includes a hamburger, cookie, bag of chips and a drink.
