TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Tom Martz, vice president for advancement at UA, has been named president and chief executive officer of the Indiana University Alumni Association. He will begin his new duties April 1.
At UA, Martz has had responsibility for alumni affairs, development, marketing and strategic communications, public relations and university events.
“As a valued member of the University of Alabama’s Advancement team, Tom Martz has helped guide our $500 million capital campaign. We appreciate his leadership and wish him well as he returns to his home state of Indiana,” said UA President Robert E. Witt.
“Dr. Pam Parker, UA’s associate vice president for development, will continue to lead our capital campaign, as she has since its inception. And, I have every confidence that, with her ongoing leadership, the capital campaign will continue to be successful.”
