Third Quarter Results Show Some Erosion in Housing Affordability, According to UA’s Real Estate Center

The Alabama Housing Affordability Index increased by 2.7 percentage points from the second quarter to the third quarter of 2006, according to the Alabama Real Estate Research and Education Center at The University of Alabama.
