UA Basowitz Memorial Lecture Topic to be ‘Great Psychologists’

The University of Alabama psychology department will host the annual Harold Basowitz Memorial Lecture on Friday, May 5 featuring guest speaker Dr. Dean Keith Simonton who will discuss “Great Psychologists: The Scientific Analysis of Psychology’s Past and Present to Predict Its Future” at 7 p.m. in 208 Gordon Palmer on campus.

‘St. John Passion’ to be Performed at UA on Good Friday

John Ratledge, associate professor and director of choral activities at The University of Alabama, will conduct the University Singers and Huxford Symphony Orchestra in a performance of Johann Sebastian Bach’s “Johannespassion,” or “St. John Passion,” Friday, April 14 at 7:30 p.m. in Moody Concert Hall on the UA campus.
