The University of Alabama Student Government Association and Army ROTC will be hosting the “Black Hawk Down Student Leadership Symposium” on Friday, Nov. 17 with key figures featured in the movie “Black Hawk Down” coming to campus.
Unscripted, the peer education theater troupe of The University of Alabama Women’s Resource Center, will give a performance on Monday, Nov. 13 at 5:30 p.m. in 301 Ferguson Center.

An award winning religion expert from India’s Andhra University will discuss two of the world’s best-known promoters of peace, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Mahatma Gandhi, as part of the Martin Luther King Jr. Distinguished Lecture Series, sponsored jointly by The University of Alabama, Shelton State Community College and Stillman College.
