The American Bus Association has named the Moundville Native American Festival at The University of Alabama’s Moundville Archaeological Park one of the Top 100 Events in North America for 2006.

Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts

The University of Alabama is partnering with local and national agencies to actively offer assistance to the victims of Hurricane Katrina, and to lend support to those who have evacuated their homes during this national tragedy. UA’s campus is home to a shelter for evacuees, and students, staff, and the Tuscaloosa community are helping to meet the needs of those affected by the storm.
