UA MBA Students Use Their Business Knowledge to Help Not-for-Profit Organizations Reach Their Goals
Earlier this year, Alabama Gov. Bob Riley told the state legislature that “our government faces a fiscal crisis of historic proportions.” A number of not-for-profit programs will suffer lower funding if funded at all. So students in The University of Alabama’s Master of Business Administration Program are rolling up their sleeves and helping fill the void by sharing their business knowledge with West Alabama not-for-profit organizations. The result is free consulting services to help solve problems and encourage growth in the business community.
