Jake Craft of Aliceville, an alumnus of The University of Alabama RISE Program, the nationally renowned early intervention program for preschoolers with disabilities, received the Program’s Allison Harbin Outstanding Teenage Volunteer Award.

Well, in the case of Carolyn Prunkl, her parents literally moved their whole lives from Decatur, Ill. to Tuscaloosa so she could attend The University of Alabama’s RISE Program, the nationally renowned early intervention program for preschoolers with disabilities.
