UA Career Center to Host Dining Etiquette Seminar

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama Career Center will host its popular Dining Etiquette Seminar on Tuesday, Sept. 23 in the Presidential Pavilion from 7-9 p.m. Dress is business attire.

This annual event allows students to learn the rules of business dining etiquette and enjoy a five-course meal while meeting with recruiters. A fashion show sponsored by Parisian Inc. will also be part of the event. It will showcase both appropriate and inappropriate interview business attire.

Limited seating for the dinner is available. To obtain a ticket, students must attend one of the Dining Etiquette workshops, offered on Sept. 10 at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and on Sept. 16 at 7 p.m. During the workshop, students will sign up for the dinner and reserve their seats with a small deposit. All deposits will be refunded at the Dining Etiquette Seminar. Workshops will be held in 313 Ferguson Center.
