UA’s Sarah Moody Gallery of Art Presents ‘Wanrudee Buranakorn: framed’

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The Sarah Moody Gallery of Art within The University of Alabama College of Arts and Sciences will present a master of fine arts exhibition entitled “Wanrudee Buranakorn: Framed” Feb. 8 through March 17.

The exhibit features recent works by UA master of fine arts candidate Wanrudee Buranakorn. This series of photographs on Mylar features the mirror, the mirror image and an exploration of the resulting psychological impact.

The public is invited to attend the free opening night reception on Friday, Feb. 8, from 6-8 p.m.

The Sarah Moody Gallery of Art is located in 103 Garland Hall on the UA campus. Funding support for the gallery is provided by the department of art, the Friends of the Gallery, and the College of Arts & Sciences. Gallery hours are 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and 2 to 5 p.m. on Sundays. Admission to the gallery is free.
