TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama’s Residence Hall Association (RHA) received two regional South Atlantic Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls (SAACURH) awards at the organization’s national conference in May.
Two UA student leaders were recognized for their involvement in RHA:
Lorie Leigh Powell of Glenwood served as the Tutwiler Hall Council treasurer during the last academic year. Powell was presented an award for her work with RHA.
Amy Glasgow of Heflin lived in Blount Hall during the last school year. Glasgow was recognized as the co-chair of the “No Frills 2002 Bid Team.”
