Maura Mills

Professor

Dr. Maura Mills is a professor in the department of management in the Culverhouse College of Business at The University of Alabama. Her areas of expertise include employee attitudes and wellbeing, work engagement, and the work-life/work-family interface. She has published more than 40 articles in peer-refereed journals, in addition to book chapters, industry publications, and an edited book. Her work has been featured in a number of well-regarded outlets both domestically and abroad, including Forbes, Scientific American, Sloan Management Review, and Weekendavisen (leading newspaper, Denmark). Dr. Mills has spoken to a wide range of audiences across both academia and industry, including most recently the Human Trafficking Institute and NASA.
