Dr. John Abbott is the director of Museum Research and Collections at the Alabama Museum of Natural History. His research has focused around many aspects of entomology from the ecology of stoneflies to endangered beetles. Currently, his interests include the biogeography, systematics, and conservation of dragonflies and damselflies. Dr. Abbott can discuss insects, and other topics about nature.
