UA’s Steel Bridge Team Gets Ready for Competition

UA’s Steel Bridge team, consisting of eight civil engineering students, will be competing at the ASCE/AISC National Student Steel Bridge Competition May 22-23 in Las Vegas against 35 other teams from throughout the country. The top teams from each region qualify for the national competition, and UA’s Steel Bridge team placed second at the American Society of Civil Engineers’ Southeast Regional Conference in March.
