Shanna Hocking has been named director of leadership gifts at The University of Alabama. In this role, she will work with major gift donors, focusing on fund-raising efforts for the “Our Students. Our Future.” campaign. Hocking moves to her new position from UA’s School of Social Work where she served as director of advancement.
Dr. Gary Moynihan, professor of industrial engineering at The University of Alabama, recently received the 2006 Institute of Industrial Engineers’ National Outstanding Faculty Advisor Award.
