UA Student Team Among Top Four SI on Campus Consultant Teams

Seven students who are members of the Sports Illustrated On Campus consultant team at The University of Alabama were recently named one of the top four teams nationally out of 50 teams.

U.S News Ranks UA Law School 15th Among Public Law Schools, 36th Overall

The University of Alabama School of Law is ranked 15th among public law schools and 36th among all law schools in the nation, according to U.S. News and World Report’s 2008 edition of its annual “Best Graduate Schools” publication. The ranking is the highest ever for the UA Law School, which has been ranked among the Top 50 law schools for nine consecutive years.

UA Student Awarded Prestigious Scholarship for Study Abroad

Perren Banks, a sophomore from Uniontown majoring in biological sciences at The University of Alabama, is the recipient of a national scholarship for study abroad this summer at the University of Liverpool in England.
